How do you roll a 2 to 1 slope with an incline of 38 feet?

this is quite simple. all you need to do is to use those asphalt rolls. first is place the drip edge on the roof with nails and hammer. then put a decent amount of tar on the edge if the drip edge the install the first roll. nail the roofing with nails for about 6 inches apart. then continue until the roof is covered. remember to put some tar on the edges of the newly installed roofing.
