Removing set concrete & concrete stains from my tarmac drive

Help, help, help! can you suggest any products to remove concrete from tarmac drives. i have tried power washer, and brick cleaner (which is a weak acid) your help would be appreciated.

what you can do is to scrape it off with paint scraper or hammer and chisel. but for a finesse way to do it, you may use heat source to easily brush them off.
