Slurry Seal



I have fresh asphalt that was laid about 1 year ago. When do I need to slurry seal the asphalt. This is a condo complex with parking and main roads. And please explain why we need to slurry seal. Thanks Sam

slurry seal is one way to preserve the life of your pavement. by applying this kind of sealer, you are lessening the expense of heavy maintenance for the pavement.
