please can you tell me rules on using waste asphalt (apx 1000 tons) as hardstanding for cattle and shed to store them in,also rules on how far from the river it would have to be as our local farm has proposed to do this without any permission.please

Contact your local agri organisation or municipality. I find it amazing how the cattle waste quickly consolidates the old asphalt. Make sure you meet local or state rules about waste asphalt near watersheds.
