drainage pipe requirements under pavedl driveway

Will a buried 4inch diameter corrugated plastic drainage pipe withstand traffic weight/load on a residential driveway, or should I replace it with schedule 40 PVC before paving?

Answers:

From: jeff davis

i would suggest pvc any way...simply because corrugated plastics are weak and can settle into low areas causing blockage of drain. remember when allowing for drainage 1 inch of slope for every 4 feet of length.
