wastewater pond lining mix design

We have a 5 acre pond we want to line that will have 12 feet of wastewater in it. We are linilng the bottom with AC and the slope with HDPE (2.5:1 slope). Do you have any recommendaitons for mix design/specs. We wil have sluldge in the pond wich will be removed with suctino dredge every 5 years. Do you recommend a low permeability hydraulic ac or what?
