What is the specific gravity of liquid asphalt? Fresh water is 1.0

I need to know if water is heavier or lighter than liquid asphalt. i.e if you
add water to a container with liquid asphalt, will the water sit on top of
the asphalt or will it sink to the bottom?

The answer is the water will sit on top of the liquid sealer until u mix it both up
