Which is the best temperature to start Asphalt paving work for the residential drive-way.

I would like to start my drive-way asphalt Paving work. I want to know the best temparature to start the work.( Should I wait till hot summer to get the land totally dry ?)

road contractors do it when they are sure that the ground or base is compact enough for their expected load. to start asphalt paving work, make sure your ground is compacted before laying the base. summer is good for laying asphalt but you can also do it on spring when there is no rain.
