I have a 600 ft long steep driveway, it has about 5 inches of crushed stone and 5 inches of recycled asphalt,but its breaking up in some area what would be best hot top or chip seal Thanks

first, you need to take off all the loose asphalt areas and clean the area from weeds and other dirt. then, fill it up asphalt crack filler. then seal it off with acrylic driveway sealer.
