Grass growing thur asphalt

Have a 3 month old asphalt driveway , how can I stop the grass growing thru it ? The dirt was sprayed with roundup before asphalt was put down. The grass is growing fast.

what you can do is pour vinegar or alcohol on the grass. vinegar, since it is acid, will kill the grass. same with alcohol. the difference is that alcohol will cause the grass to lose water.
