That hardly constitutes an asnwer worthy of being called "asphalt expert advice". What is the lowest temperature at which asphalt can be laid?
From: Paul Flynn
Your application for laying asphalt is not really about the lowest temperature. Asphalt can be laid in temperatures as low as zero degress, other factors such as wind speed, the ground temp, minimum delivery temperature of the material, ability to keep that material warm (double skinned and covered delivery trucks), thickness of the layer to be laid and rolling temperature are all relevant factors. I can provide more information if required.
