How long con you expect an asphalt road to last before needing overlay?



Does sealing significantly delay need for overlay? If so how often should it be repeated?

Yes, sealing does increase the surface life. It creates an bituminous membrance, thus preventing further oxidation and plucking. Check out our website for more details.
