How do you get gasoline stains out of asphalt??

I spilled a whole bunch of gasoline in my apartment parking lot, and there is a huge gasoline stain.

Answers:

1Definitely use the kitty litter to absorb it but that won't remove the stain. After you sweep away the litter, make a paste of powdered dish washing detergent and water and scrub. If this doesn't work, you can get trisodium phosphate (TSP) from almost any hardware store.
